Formed in 1982 as a result of a £5 bet Dr & The Medics have built a reputation as one of the best live bands ever, always putting on a lively and colourful show.

The single 'Spirit in The Sky' reached No 1 in 32 countries and sold over 1,000,000 copies, with follow up singles 'Burn' & 'Waterloo' both reaching the UK charts. The band has had considerable success in Japan, Germany and Italy and continues to tour regularly.
